2H Offshore is seeking a Regional General Manager (EPC - Fixed Platforms) with accountability for both regional business leadership and end-to-end management of EPC delivery of offshore wellhead and minimum facility platform projects.
The role has full responsibility for the performance, growth, and governance of a defined regional business, while retaining direct supervision of EPC sales and project delivery, including engineering, fabrication, offshore installation and commercial outcomes. The position carries full regional and project P&L accountability for a business with significant growth opportunities.
The successful candidate will be a leader capable of building and nurturing a new regional office as well as aligning and building relationships with counterparts in other 2H regional offices to drive and develop growth. The role will also include spearheading the development of EPC best practice globally as well as representing the service offerings of other business segments in the Acteon group.
Duties
- Deliver the agreed regional business plan, annual budget, and growth targets
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the regional office, including compliance with all HR, finance, legal and administrative obligations
- Provide visible leadership aligned with 2H Offshore and Acteon's vision, values, and HSE culture
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing regional leadership and technical team
- Work collaboratively with local and global 2H management and Acteon operating companies to maximise regional and group performance
- Act as senior representative for the region with clients, partners, and external stakeholders
EPC Delivery - Wellhead Platforms
- Hold full end-to-end accountability for EPC execution of offshore wellhead platform and minimum facility platform projects
- Lead delivery from early engineering through fabrication, load-out, transportation, offshore installation, hook-up and commissioning support
- Maintain full P&L ownership for assigned EPC projects and programs (typically >$30m), including cost control, forecasting, cashflow, margin delivery and close-out
- Lead and integrate multi-disciplinary teams across structural, process, E&I, piping, facilities and associated disciplines
- Direct fabrication and construction activities, including yard planning, productivity, subcontractor management and readiness for offshore works
- Oversee offshore installation planning and execution, including marine interfaces, heavy lifts, SIMOPS, logistics and installation engineering
- Establish and maintain robust project controls covering schedule, cost, progress, risk management and reporting
Commercial & Business Development
- Develop the Company's regional business and technical sales activities
- Lead proposal development, tender strategy and contract negotiations
- Act as senior client interface for major regional accounts and EPC projects
- Manage commercial risk, change control, and claims avoidance
- Proactively identify and pursue new opportunities across Oil & Gas, Renewables and Marine Construction
- Proactively engage in cross-selling and representation of wider Acteon Group service offerings
Financial & Operational Governance
- Full accountability for regional and project-level P&L, including forecasting, actuals and annual budgeting
- Implement structure for authorisation of expenditure and CAPEX requests
- Ensure effective financial controls, reporting and governance in line with Group requirements
- Monitor and report on regional activity, performance and risk
People, HSE & Quality Leadership
- Recruit, onboard, mentor and retain high-performing technical and project teams
- Set clear objectives, accountability and performance expectations
- Demonstrate visible HSE leadership and ensure full conformity with Company QMS, HSE and Compliance systems

Required
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
- Holding a PE certificate for Texas
- Significant experience in offshore EPC project delivery, with strong exposure to wellhead platforms and minimum facility platforms
- Previous experience at Project Director or General Manager level with responsibility for engineering, fabrication and offshore installation
- Proven P&L ownership for large EPC projects (>$30m)
- Strong understanding of EPC / EPCI execution models and commercial management
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering and project teams
- International project delivery experience and exposure to major operator standards and assurance processes
- Exposure to renewables, pipelines, or brownfield modification scopes is advantageous
- Working knowledge of offshore construction methods, installation engineering, commissioning interfaces, and marine operations constraints preferred
- Strong, credible leadership style with the ability to influence at executive and client level
- High commercial acumen with a focus on value, margin and cash performance
- Excellent decision-making capability in complex delivery environments
