- Financial Reporting: Direct preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; ensure GAAP compliance and semiconductor industry accuracy.
- Cost Accounting: Lead standard costing, inventory controls, and BOM analysis for wafer fabrication, photolithography, and advanced manufacturing processes.
- Capital Projects: Oversee CapEx tracking, ROI analysis, and equipment depreciation schedules across multiple fabrication sites.
- Internal Controls: Implement process improvements across procurement, supply chain, and vendor management functions.
- Operational Metrics: Manage yield, cycle time, and scrap reporting; partner with operations/engineering to drive corrective actions.
- ERP Integration: Support SAP/Oracle optimization and MES system integration between finance and production data.
- Strategic Finance: Partner with executive and PE leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and business planning.
- Compliance: Coordinate audits, SOX, and export control requirements for semiconductor operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
- 5 years of progressive finance/accounting experience; 3 years in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing.
- Deep understanding of semiconductor cost structures, yield/cycle time accounting, and multi-stage production costing.
- Expertise in ERP (SAP, Oracle) and MES systems integration.
- Experience in PE-backed or global manufacturing environments highly desirable.
- Strong analytical, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience in photolithography, wafer fabrication, capital equipment refurbishment, or process engineering.
- Familiarity with export control and compliance in semiconductor/electronics manufacturing.\
