Job description
We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Editing & Production Intern to support both post-production workflows and on-set operations. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience producing digital content and scaling both vertical and long-form channels. As a 2bd2bth intern, you will learn the way of the samurai. And by samurai, we mean the surrealist sketch with a few butt jokes.
Key Responsibilities
Post-Production Support
- Organize and manage raw footage, project files, and assets
- Sync, label, and prep footage for editor
- Maintain clean and efficient folder structures across projects
- Assist with basic editing tasks (string-outs, rough cuts, social exports)
On-Set Support
- Assist with general production needs on shoot days
- Help manage gear, media cards, and file transfers
- Support crew with setup, breakdown, and logistics
Administrative / Coordination
- Help manage inbox communications and flag important messages
- Track project updates and communicate across team members
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating shoots or post timelines
Minimal Requirements
- Proficiency with Adobe Suite, specifically Premiere
- Comfortable using and operating DSLR cameras
- Interest in digital content, especially comedy and short-form
- Reliable, communicative, and proactive
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
