Responsibilities
- Assist with talent acquisition processes, including sourcing candidates via ATS (Applicant Tracking System), scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities.
- Support employee orientation programs to ensure new hires integrate seamlessly into the company culture.
- Maintain accurate HR data entry and records management within HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM.
- Contribute to employee evaluation and performance management initiatives by collecting data and preparing reports.
- Aid in benefits administration tasks, including enrollment, updates, and answering employee inquiries related to benefits programs like Paychex or ADP.
- Help manage employee relations by addressing routine questions, facilitating conflict management processes, and supporting communication efforts through social media management tools.
- Participate in project management activities related to change management, succession planning, affirmative action planning, and organization design projects.
Skills
- Strong understanding of human capital management principles and employment & labor law compliance.
- Proven experience with HR sourcing tools such as iCIMS, Lever, Taleo, or Workday ATS systems.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms including UltiPro, PeopleSoft, Ceridian, Kronos, or Paylocity for data collection and workforce management.
- Knowledge of workers' compensation procedures and OSHA safety regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally.
- Demonstrated organizational skills for managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
