Essential Job Functions
- Plan and execute community events and programs designed to meet the communal and individual interests of residents.
- Communicate effectively with residents to understand their needs and gather feedback on services and events.
- Facilitate access to social services and other community resources for residents, including financial, educational and medical assistance.
- Maintain meticulous records or resident interactions, program attendance and feedback to continually improve services.
- Collaborate with property management to ensure that resident concerns and maintenance issues are addressed promptly.
- Acts as point of contact for residents when communicating maintenance needs and/or service requests.
- Acts as liaison between service team and resident, providing pertinent communication to either party as necessary.
- Manages content for posts on social media outlets in which residents are the target audience.
- Contributes to providing a pleasant move in experience for residents by assisting leasing team members where needed (for example: welcome home gifts or accompanying resident when completing the move in checklist upon move in, etc.)

- Ability to provide courteous and professional service to residents, property managers and supervisors.
- Ability to maintain courteous and professional relations with vendors and other service providers.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Educational degree not required.
- At least one year of experience preferred.
