We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Project Coordinator to join our warehouse team.
Duties include but are not limitted to the following:
- Coordinate project schedules, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely execution
- Communicate regularly with team members, clients, and vendors via multi-line phone systems and email updates
- Manage warehouse operations including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized project documentation
- Support project managers by preparing reports, proofreading documents, and tracking progress using productivity software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Must be able to drive a sit down forklift
