Duties
Enter production data into databases, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)
systems, and Microsoft Excel spreadsheets with precision and speed
Verify the accuracy of data entries by cross-referencing source documents
and conducting routine audits
Maintain organized filing systems for physical and electronic records,
ensuring easy retrieval of information
Assist with data collection efforts related to production metrics, inventory
levels, and order processing
Prepare reports using pivot tables and other Excel tools to analyze trends
and support operational planning
Support order entry processes by accurately inputting customer orders into
relevant systems
Perform clerical tasks such as transcription, data sorting, and basic math
calculations to ensure data integrity
Experience
Proven clerical experience in an office or production environment with a
focus on data entry and administrative tasks
Familiarity with databases, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel, including
creating pivot tables and using formulas
Strong typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
Basic math skills for verifying quantities, calculations, and data consistency
Experience with filing systems, data collection procedures, and transcription
tasks is preferred
Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently
Previous office experience involving order entry or inventory management
is advantageous
Education
High School diploma or GED required
