Job Title: Assistant General Manager

Location: Jersey Mike's Subs 1190 W Sunset, Waukesha, WI

Compensation:  $17-$19/hour tips!! (average is $3.00/hour)

Requirements: Minimum 1 Years experience in AGM role or 2 years in a Shift Leader role supporting a GM leading store operation, training/coaching standards, inventory, labor, food safety.  Strong communication skills, delegation/accountability.

Additional Job Responsibilities:

·       Take an active role support the GM in the total management of our Jersey Mike's store, ensuring smooth operations and a positive dining experience.

·       Maintain rigorous standards of quality control to uphold the brand's reputation.

·       Manage store administration effectively and efficiently.

·       Prepare and present accurate weekly and monthly reports.

·       Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring friendly and attentive service.

·       Foster a team-oriented atmosphere while building and maintaining a strong team.

·       Develop and maintain staff schedules to ensure efficient labor utilization.

·       Implement and refine store procedures to enhance operations.

·       Manage ordering and inventory to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.

·       Conduct staff training to ensure employees are well-equipped to deliver top-notch service.

·       Prior food service experience is highly preferred
