We are hiring dependable, hardworking individuals for OVERNIGHT Loader positions in the Wydmere, ND area. This is a full-time, hands-on outdoor position ideal for candidates with experience in agriculture, farming, poultry, livestock, general labor, production, warehouse, construction, or other physically demanding work.
No turkey or poultry experience? That's okay. We are looking for reliable individuals who are comfortable working outdoors, performing physical work, and being part of a team.

What You'll Do
- Assist with the safe and efficient loading and handling of live turkeys
- Work as part of a team in an outdoor agricultural environment
- Follow established animal-handling and safety procedures
- Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift
- Lift, bend, reach, stand, and move throughout the workday
- Work in varying weather and outdoor conditions
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow supervisor instructions and company safety requirements
- Help the crew complete daily loading assignments efficiently and safely
What We're Looking For
- Dependable and able to report to scheduled shifts consistently
- Comfortable performing physically demanding work
- Able to work outdoors in changing weather conditions
- Comfortable working around live poultry
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
- Willing to learn and follow safety procedures
- Agriculture, farm, livestock, poultry, warehouse, production, construction, landscaping, or general labor experience is helpful but not required
