Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and professional Front Desk Concierge to be the welcoming face of our organization. This role also focuses on relationship-based recruiting and agent development while partnering closely with leadership to achieve strategic growth goals. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure smooth office management. The role also includes recruiting Real Estate Agents to the brokerage and building strong relationships with our current agents and vendor partners. Your positive attitude, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks with efficiency will help create a warm and organized environment for visitors, clients, and team members alike.

Bonus available for recruiting after 90-day trial period.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors, clients, and staff with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries efficiently and courteously via phone or in person
  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract licensed real estate agents, new agents, and support staff
  • Proactively source talent through networking events, MLS activity, referrals, social media, and direct outreach
  • Manage recruitment pipelines and maintain accurate records in CRM or ATS systems
  • Track and report recruiting metrics such as agent joins, attrition, and recruiting ROI
  • Manage phone systems to answer inquiries promptly, direct calls accurately, and take detailed messages when necessary
  • Maintain a clean, organized office and manage office supplies inventory
  • Handle mail filing and process closing packages that arrive at the office for disbursements.
  • Assist directors with calendar management and appointment scheduling using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools

Preferred Previous Experience (Willing to train the right person to fit this role)

  • Previous proven experience with cold calling and recruiting (Real Estate Recruiting preferred)
  • Previous office or clerical experience demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proven customer service background with excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, data entry, and basic bookkeeping software like QuickBooks
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
  • Experience with office management tasks such as calendar management, filing systems, proofreading documents, and time management is preferred
  • Personal assistant or administrative support experience is a plus, but not required
