CTE Biomedical Science Teacher
Position: Riverdale Ridge High School, in Thornton, CO is seeking a CTE Biomedical Science teacher. The Career and Technical Education Biomedical Sciences Instructor will further the
implementation of 27J Schools Career and Technical Education programs at the high school level. The instructor will provide
instruction in the Project Lead The Way Biomedical Sciences curriculum. This is a full-time, or 1.0 FTE position.

CTE Teachers must ensure that their programs meet and are operated in accordance with State Board-approved standards
for quality Career And Technical Education as determined in the program approval process. CTE teachers will provide
information necessary to complete and maintain an approved program.
This includes:
CTE Program Lead Teachers are eligible to receive a CTE stipend for the fulfillment of the above work. CTE Program Lead
Teachers may receive up to $6,000 annually for establishing and maintaining their CTE program.
