- Develop, manage, and support online registration workflows within Infinite Campus, including document upload and verification.
- Ensure student records and registration processes comply with applicable laws and district policies.
- Serve as a liaison between schools and central registration; assist school-based registrars with accessing and processing online registration applications.
- Coordinate with the Planning team to support open enrollment, lotteries, and online registration for families.
- Collaborate with programmers to develop on-demand data quality reports and ensure accuracy of student enrollment data.
- Develop, modify, and maintain online registration applications, including translated versions, ensuring alignment with legal and operational requirements.
- Communicate with parents and guardians by phone, email, and in person to obtain required documentation and provide application status updates.
- Deliver high-quality customer service to families, students, and visitors.
- High school diploma or equivalent plus courses/or proven experience in office management and computers.
- Knowledge of basic mathematics, basic writing, advanced microcomputer skills, computer software skills, information technology, scheduling and time management
- Operating knowledge of and experience with computers, general office equipment, and phone systems.
- Minimum 2 years, recent experience with Student Registration using Infinite Campus OLR
- Must be able to pass a Colorado and Federal Bureau of Investigation background check.
- Knowledge of a 2nd language preferred - bilingual, fluent English/Spanish.
- This position will work in conjunction with the Student Information Systems Team Lead's direction with the main scope of work created by parents/guardians using Online Registration within Infinite Campus for student enrollment.
- This position will be a self starter to keep up with the demand of applications that are submitted to 27J Schools.
- Knowledge and experience with microcomputers, Microsoft Office, Google.
- Position requires strong verbal, oral, written communication and basic math skills; including experience in customer service, interpersonal communication, public relations, problem solving, critical thinking, and secretarial functions. Keyboarding and word processing.
- Ability to use general office equipment (ex. Copier, Laminator, Fax, scanner); manage multiple priorities; manage multiple tasks with frequent interruptions.

Job Title: Central Registrar

SUMMARY: The Central Registrar is responsible for the coordination, design, implementation, collection, and maintenance of all student registration materials and processes for new and returning PreK�12 students across 27J Schools. This role performs a wide range of administrative functions related to student information management, including accurate recordkeeping, professional correspondence, and coordination of training-related events.
The Central Registrar works collaboratively with the Student Information Systems team and parents or guardians throughout the registration process, providing guidance and support in the completion of online registration forms and the collection of required documentation to ensure compliance with district enrollment requirements. Strict adherence to confidentiality standards is essential and maintained at all times.
SALARY: Classified Grade P, $24.39 - $30.07 per hour to start, depending on recent relevant experience. 40 hours per week Monday through Friday, 12 month work schedule. Eligible for benefits.
