You, as a Digital Account Manager, are the day-to-day backbone of the account team. You are closest to every project on the status report, and you understand how every one of those projects relates back to the bigger goals of the brand. You manage projects from end to end, you are the champion of “flawless execution,” and you serve as the ambassador to lead the creative process from briefing to presentation and production through release. You are obsessed with all things digital, from the latest web trends, social memes, and new tech like AI and AR. The ideal team member is someone who is everyone’s BFF, eternally optimistic, an exceptional communicator, an organizational expert, an advocate for cross-departmental integration, and, most importantly, daring to take on big challenges.
Position-Specific Responsibilities/Duties:
Lead the Team
Be the figure-head of the team, always looking three steps ahead, problem-solving, and finding solutions to remove roadblocks to great work. Must be adept at the art of managing up (to your supervisor), down (to any junior team members or interns), and sideways (to your peers/client team).
Manage the Projects Flawlessly
To a great account leader, there is nothing more comforting than someone who always delivers. Nailing the everyday tasks builds trust and reliance on the agency from our clients = True success! Own job specifics, status reports, briefs, estimates, and final work—having all of these expected things in place and moving seamlessly allows you and your team to focus on the things that make a difference. Know what is most important at any one time and be able to pivot quickly as those priorities shift. Lead the creative process and manage the project internally from briefing to presentation, and production through release.

Digital Native
Understand the digital landscape well with experience managing web projects. Be a student of UX trends, social crazes, and updates in the tech space to inspire new solutions for our clients.

Knowledge/Skills:
● 3-5 years of advertising or digital agency experience
● Project management experience in a fast-paced environment
● BA required with a preferred concentration in advertising, communications or marketing

● Familiarity with web design and development (preferred)
● Bilingual skills English / Spanish are a plus
