27 Virtual is a VMware Enterprise Partner providing Enterprise Customers with world-class solutions based on our Master Service competencies in vSphere Data Center, Networking and Security, VMC on AWS and VMware Cloud Solutions. We provide complete solutions for customers around the full VMware Software-Defined Data Center stack as well as customized educational solutions.

Who You Are:

As an Inside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the success of the sales team. As a remote team, setting clear goals, reaching target numbers will determine the success of the department. This position will report to the VP of Finance and will communicate and manage expectations between the sales team and executives.

What You’ll Do:

  • Strive to exceed quarterly and annual target goals.
  • Effectively coach, develop and drive the sales reps to achieve their goals.
  • Hold your team accountable in every way, ensuring our policies are followed internally and external policies are communicated cleary and accurately to prospects.
  • Implement strategic sales training, planning and forecasting.
  • Hold effective meetings such as weekly meetings, reporting KPI’s and reiterating goals, monthly one on one’s.
  • Monitor use of the budget related to sales activities.
  • Contribute to Performance Evaluations for members of your team.
  • Contribute to Marketing to increase lead generation.
  • Identify causes of lost opportunities and put solutions into effect.

What We Offer:

  • Compensation range is from $55,000-$67,000 plus performance-based incentives.
  • Available after 30 days: Full medical, vision and dental (employee-only plans available at no cost to the employee).
  • 10 days of PTO per year for first 3 years of employment, number of PTO days increases after 3 years of tenure, 12 floating holidays that may be used once/month, 5 days of sick leave, 10 paid holidays and flexible schedule culture.
  • Up to 6 weeks of maternity leave and 2 weeks of paternity.
  • $100 Home office expense allowance per month.

What You Bring:

  • You possess high integrity and personal accountability.
  • You have 1 years’ of experience effectively leading a sales team.
  • Salesforce CRM experience.
  • Proven track record of leading a team to exceed goals.
  • Obtained Bachelor's degree OR 3 years of relevant experience required.
  • Obtained HS Diploma or GED.
  • Obtained VMware VSP or VTSP certifications, preferred but not required.

Other Requirements:

  • Candidates for this role must reside in or be willing to relocate to the state of Florida.

Base Salary $55,000 - $67,000 (from job description)
