Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Food Runner to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their orders promptly and accurately, contributing to an exceptional dining experience. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for customer service.

Duties

• Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.
• Assist servers by bussing tables, clearing dishes, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
• Handle food items following proper food handling and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the dining area and service stations.
• Communicate effectively with team members to address guest needs and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Support catering events as needed, ensuring all food is presented beautifully and served efficiently.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, with a focus on restaurant or hotel environments.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Experience in cleaning and bussing duties within a restaurant setting is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and kitchen operations is beneficial.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
