What You’ll Do
As an Assistant Production Coordinator, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting a dynamic team in a fast-paced, fashion-forward environment. This is a great opportunity to learn the wholesale process from the inside out.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update and maintain customer databases and order tracking systems
- Enter sales orders and contracts during pre-book season
- Maintain general showroom organization and coordinate samples
- Learn and manage each customer’s specific regulations and requirements, including testing protocols for fabrics, trims, and finished garments
- Learn and follow procedures for sending fit samples and packing to customer specifications
- Track fit samples sent by overseas vendors to ensure timelines are met and avoid delivery delays
- Monitor fitting status for each purchase order (e.g., 1st Fit, Pre-Production, TOP)
- Send out packages to buyers for lab dip, trim, and sample approvals; communicate feedback to overseas vendors
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with great organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for fashion and interest in the wholesale/retail industry
- Prior fashion experience or internship is a plus

3-Month Probationary Period
All new hires will start with a 3-month trail period to ensure the role is a good fit. Performance and reliability will be reviewed throughout. Continued employment is confirmed after successful completion of the probation period.
