Schedule: Full-Time | Outpatient | No Weekends or On-Call
The Opportunity:
Are you a bilingual Nurse Practitioner ready to bring compassionate, affirming care to a community that truly needs it? 26Health – a nationally recognized leader in inclusive, integrative, and affirming healthcare – is expanding into Atlanta, Georgia, and we’re seeking an experienced, community-driven Family Practice NP to help launch our newest clinic!

Who You Are:
- A licensed Family Practice Nurse Practitioner (FNP) in Georgia, with at least 2 years of clinical experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred) and passionate about bridging language and cultural gaps in care
- Deeply committed to inclusive, patient-centered care
- Excited to collaborate with behavioral health, care management, and wellness teams to deliver whole-person care
- Ready to grow with a mission-led, innovative organization redefining what healthcare looks like
