Role Requirements & Day-to-Day
Daily Driving Duties: You will be driving your vehicle daily to job sites to quote new projects, complete repair work, or stop by the main office to pick up materials.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional handyman or commercial facilities maintenance experience.
Core Trades: Multi-trade proficiency required, specifically in drywall, painting, basic plumbing, basic electrical, and general carpentry.
Equipment & Tools: Must own a basic toolset and a vehicle (truck/van) capable of hauling a 28-foot ladder and 4x8 sheets of plywood.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable utilizing mobile devices for managing work orders, navigation, and team communication.
Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, a cooperative attitude, trustworthiness, and openness to feedback.
Credentials: Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
Schedule & Flexibility
Primary Field Hours: Monday – Friday, typically 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM / 6:00 PM (includes travel time between jobs, material runs to the office, and field work).
Weekly Meetings (All Paid Time): * Monday – Thursday: 15-minute Morning Ops Meeting at 8:00 AM.
Friday: Weekly Company Meeting at 7:30 AM.
Flexibility: On-call rotation, weekends as needed, and occasional overnight work required.
