Parts ManagerHonda of The Bronx – Bronx, NYHonda of The Bronx is seeking an experienced and motivated Parts Manager to lead and growour Parts Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven automotive parts professionalto take ownership of a high-volume operation under new ownership and management, with astrong focus on process, profitability, and customer service.Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the Parts Department (retail, wholesale, and internal) Manage inventory levels, obsolescence, returns, and ordering to maximize profitability Drive wholesale parts growth and maintain strong relationships with body shops andindependent repair facilities Work closely with Service, Sales, and Accounting departments to ensure smoothoperations Hire, train, coach, and manage parts staff for performance and accountability Ensure compliance with Honda standards and manufacturer policies Analyze financial reports, KPIs, and trends to improve gross, turns, and expense control Maintain accurate pricing, bin locations, and inventory controls Deliver outstanding customer service to both internal and external customersQualifications: Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Automotive Parts Manager (Hondaexperience strongly preferred) Strong knowledge of wholesale parts operations Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds or similar DMS required Proven ability to manage inventory and control obsolescence Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment Results-driven mindset with strong attention to detailCompensation & Benefits: Competitive salary plus performance-based incentives Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off Growth opportunities within a stable, expanding organization
