Position Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Cannabis Trimmer to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have excellent manual dexterity, a strong work ethic, and the ability to maintain focus in a fast-paced environment. This role is essential to ensuring our finished products meet the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Trim and manicure cannabis flower to company quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the trim area and equipment
- Follow all standard operating procedures and compliance regulations
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Assist packaging team with packaging and labeling of product
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
- Must be able to pass all background checks per state requirements
- Previous experience in cannabis production or agriculture is a plus, but not required
Schedule & Compensation
- Full-time: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
- Starting pay: $19.00 per hour (dependent on experience)
