EHS Coordinator - IsoNova

Want to join a team where you can demonstrate your leadership and help drive new growth? • Maintains all applicable procedures, processes, and programs relating to EHS within compliance with all local, state & federal statutes. • Assists with record keeping, presentation, & evaluation of department Records & Key Performance Indicators. i.e., KPIs (300 log, Incident Log, Utilities, Tier 2, etc.) • Provides EHS training & orientation to new & existing employees. • Maintaining EHS programs aligning with organizational and regulatory requirements • Perform internal EHS compliance audits and manage the implementation of audit corrective action recommendations from internal/external audit sources. • Maintain environmental regulatory requirements related to air quality and emission, wastewater, storm water, as well as solid and hazardous waste management. • Cultivate and continuously improve a “Safety Culture” among all site employees, believing in a zero-injury workplace. • Conduct, Review, & Communicate Job specific Risk Assessment across all processes (PPE, Ergonomics, etc.) • Assist & Conduct incident investigation, root cause evaluation, & implement root cause corrective action plans.
