REPORTS TO: General Manager
COMPENSATION: $18 to $19, occasional tips
HOURS: Variable, high part time to full time if desired, includes weekends & evenings.

Any worldly experience or experience in the service industry translates well. This job is similar to restaurant work, but more upscale and administrative. Position includes processing Arrivals, Departures, Reservations, Emails, Concierge Work, Bartending, Kitchen Duties, Cleaning, and Caring for Appearance/Design. Experience on hotel front desk or reception of course preferred, but not necessary.

Introduction:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Guest Service Agent to join our team at our hotel. The Guest Service Agent will be responsible for managing reservations, checking guests in and out, and assisting with any needs or requests they may have during their stay, including breakfast and/or bartending beer and wine. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage reservations and check guests in and out using a computerized systemHandle guest requests, such as area directions or making restaurant reservations
Assist with check-in and check-out processes, including handling payments and issuing keys
Answer phone calls and respond to online inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Attend breakfast and/or bartending for beer and wine social
Handle guest complaints and concerns with grace and professionalism
Perform light cleaning duties and restocking
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a guest service representative or in a customer service role is preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload
Proficiency with computer systems and software, such as Microsoft Office and reservation management systems
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
