This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Product Marketing Manager (located in Austin, TX). The Senior Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading market research activities, developing and implementing go-to-market strategies, collaborating with sales teams, and managing product marketing initiatives. The role requires working closely with product management team to ensure alignment on product positioning and messaging.
- Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for product launches, vertical plays, and growth initiatives.
- Develop positioning, messaging, and differentiation frameworks that resonate with decision-makers across healthcare, hospitality, and education.
- Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to identify trends, personas, and expansion opportunities.
- Partner with Product Management to translate features into customer outcomes and influence roadmap prioritization.
- Build sales enablement materials (decks, one-pagers, case studies, competitive battlecards) that drive conversions.
- Collaborate with Growth and Demand Gen to align messaging across campaigns, content, and performance channels.
- Measure and communicate the impact of product marketing through adoption, pipeline, and conversion metrics.
- Serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring that messaging, pricing, and positioning reflect real buyer needs.
- 7–10 years of experience in Product Marketing, ideally within SaaS, AI, or B2B technology environments.
- Proven success leading end-to-end GTM launches in fast-paced or startup settings.
- Exceptional storytelling, writing, and communication skills — able to distill complex technology into compelling narratives.
- Deep understanding of buyer journeys, competitive landscapes, and market segmentation.
- Strong analytical mindset — comfortable using data to refine messaging, validate hypotheses, and inform strategy.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, growth, and sales teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Shape the GTM foundation of a high-growth AI startup from day one.
- Work directly with the founder and product leadership team to define category strategy.
