This is a full-time, on-site role based in Huntsville, AL for an AI Automation Specialist specializing in Customer Support. The primary responsibilities include designing and implementing automation workflows to enhance customer support processes, troubleshooting and resolving system issues, creating and executing test cases, and conducting quality assurance checks. The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve operational efficiency and deliver exceptional service experiences.
- Experience in Process Automation and Automation to optimize workflows and solve complex problems
- Strong Troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve system or process-related issues effectively
- Proficiency in developing and executing Test Cases to verify system functionality and performance
- Ability to conduct thorough Quality Assurance testing to maintain high standards in output
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with AI-driven tools and customer support systems is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
