Tow Truck Driver

We are looking for a reliable, high-energy Tow Truck Driver to join our 24/7 recovery team. Because emergencies don't stick to a 9-to-5 schedule, we need someone with open availability who can provide top-tier roadside assistance and vehicle recovery at any hour. You will be the face of our company during stressful situations, helping drivers get back on the road or safely transporting their vehicles to a service center.

Training Provided for the right candidates! We are hiring for all shifts at present!

This is a commission pay scale based on productivity across 1,200 accounts, Police calls, and Private calls! Lots of work available!

Key Responsibilities

• Emergency Response: Operate a flatbed or wheel-lift tow truck to respond to accidents, breakdowns, and stranded motorists.
• Roadside Assistance: Perform jump-starts, tire changes, fuel deliveries, and lockout services.
• Vehicle Recovery: Securely winch and load vehicles of various makes and models, ensuring no further damage occurs during transit.
• Customer Service: Communicate clearly and empathetically with customers who may be stressed or frustrated.
• Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all DOT regulations, local traffic laws, and company safety protocols.
• Maintenance: Perform daily pre-trip inspections and keep the truck clean and stocked with necessary equipment.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Availability: Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Licensing: Valid Driver’s License (CDL Class A or B is a plus, but not always required depending on truck weight).
• Driving Record: A clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) with no recent major violations.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
• Experience: Previous towing or mechanical experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic.
