What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mobile Wound Care Marketer position at 24hr Advanced Wound Care?
We are seeking an experienced Wound Care Marketer to develop and maintain strong referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other healthcare partners. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in home health or hospice marketing and a proven ability to generate consistent patient referrals and build long-term professional partnerships.
Compensation & Contract Structure
- $1,000/month allocated for client-related expenses
- $1000 per patient successfully acquired and treated for a wound
- Must be able to refer a minimum of 10 Medicare patients per month to remain under contract
- This is a 1099 independent contractor position
- We currently accept Medicare insurance only
Responsibilities
- Promote wound care services to healthcare providers and referral sources
- Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, case managers, discharge planners, and facility administrators
- Identify new business opportunities and develop sustainable referral pipelines
- Conduct outreach visits, marketing events, and educational presentations
- Track and report referral activity, growth trends, and conversion rates
- Maintain a strong understanding of wound care services, treatment offerings, and patient qualification criteria
Requirements
- Previous marketing experience in home health or hospice is strongly preferred
- Proven experience working with hospital discharge planners, skilled nursing facilities, nursing homes, hospice, and home health agencies (key requirement)
- Demonstrated success in healthcare referral generation and relationship management
- Strong communication, networking, and presentation abilities
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and professional
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
