We're seeking a reliable, hands-on Field Technician to support our inspection team with on-site testing and equipment use. You'll assist with moisture detection, thermal imaging scans, and mold sampling while helping maintain a professional, efficient experience for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate moisture meters and infrared cameras
- Assist with air and surface sampling during inspections
- Document inspection findings for reporting
- Support inspectors with logistics, setup, and field coordination
- Maintain equipment and vehicle inventory
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in different property types/environments
- Strong attention to detail and task organization
- Comfortable working with tools and digital reporting
- Valid driver's license
- Previous field technician or construction experience
- Familiarity with mold or environmental testing a plus
