Directory of Business Development:

24G is seeking a strategic results focused business development executive with a proven track record of success in selling learning, communication and performance improvement solutions to clients in the automotive, healthcare, financial services and technology industries.  Must be self-driven, results focused and have a mindset towards strategy.  Must have an existing network and relationships to move quickly.


Responsibilities:

  • Prospect companies to find business development opportunities
  • Ability to scope out client needs and objectives
  • Leverage relationships to gain meetings and opportunities with key stakeholders
  • Research and establish channel partner opportunities with resellers to expand sales networks
  • Collaborate with internal resources for continuous improvement across account services, customer success, and technology teams
  • Manage deal processes from negotiation to close.


Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Proven sales experience with successful outcomes
  • Experience in selling learning, communication and performance improvement solutions to large fortune 1,000 companies
  • Proven track record of winning large deals
  • Resourceful goal-oriented self starter 
  • Strong communication and follow up skills
  • Understanding of extended sales processes with detailed follow up needs
  • Engaging presentation skills and ability to demonstrate software solutions
  • Ability to quickly respond to opportunities and to manage multiple priorities
