Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service flow, and cleanliness standards
• Lead and train staff on food handling, safety procedures, POS systems, and customer service excellence
• Manage inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining optimal stock levels to minimize waste
• Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accurate financial transactions
• Monitor shift performance, assign tasks, and support team members to meet operational goals
• Conduct staff interviews, training sessions, and performance evaluations to foster professional growth
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and uphold high standards of food quality and presentation
• Assist in managing budgets, analyzing profit and loss reports, and implementing cost-control strategies

Qualifications

• Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with a strong background in food preparation and kitchen operations
• Demonstrated supervisory experience with team management, training, and staff development
• Familiarity with POS systems; cash handling expertise required
• Knowledge of inventory control, food safety standards, and hospitality management practices
• Experience in managing restaurant operations including shift management, budgeting, and customer service delivery
• Strong communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and financial analysis
• Prior casual dining or fine dining experience is preferred; banquet or catering experience is a plus
• A background in culinary arts or hospitality management is highly desirable
