We are now accepting resumes for renovation & punchout person in Indy. We are a family owned property management company specializing in apartments with several locations. This position is working out of our office at 2425 N. Meridian Street. We are looking for a versatile person who can perform renovation and has experience in multiply trades. A typical day for this position would include doing various jobs inside and outside of the apartments. Following up on work orders & preventative maintenance program. Perform the necessary work to get vacant apartment rent ready. We are looking to hire a detailed hard working person that has the drive to work independently or in a team setting. This is a Monday through Friday job from 8am to 5pm.
