What You’ll Do
- Lead residential HVAC installations, including split systems, heat pumps, and ductwork.
- Oversee and train install helpers to ensure quality workmanship and safe practices.
- Verify system performance and code compliance.
- Keep job sites organized and professional.
- Communicate clearly with customers and teammates.
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of HVAC installation experience (residential required).
- EPA Certification (required).
- TDLR HVAC License (preferred).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
- Team player with a strong work ethic — no drama, no shortcuts.
