240 Certification, a Texas-based alternative certification program, is seeking a Certification/Field Experience Specialist (CFE Specialist) to manage and oversee technical components of the field experience and certification processes. This role is essential in ensuring that all certification-related documentation, field experience requirements, and observation timelines are tracked, verified, and processed efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Manage all technical components of the field experience, ensuring smooth processes.
- Assist with SOEs (Statements of Eligibility) and eventually take over the process, ensuring verification by Certification Coordinator before certificate recommendation.
- Oversee Late Hire requirements, ensuring candidates meet compliance standards.
- Generate and track district letters for observations, ensuring timely delivery.
- Handle Field Supervisor (FS) Onboarding, including processing and tracking paperwork.
- Conduct paperwork follow-ups for capstone students to ensure all requirements are met.
- Manage FS payroll, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
- Oversee and track Zoho observation timelines to maintain compliance.
- Complete tasks related to the flow of field experience, ensuring smooth execution of the certification process.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Experience in teacher certification, field experience coordination, or education administration
- Familiarity with Zoho or similar workflow management tools
- Knowledge of Texas teacher certification processes and alternative certification programs
