Integrated Producer - Onsite Freelance

About the Role

The Integrated Producer is the end-to-end owner of creative and content projects across digital, video, events, broadcast and branded experiences.

This role leads assignments from the initial brief through creative development, review and final delivery, bringing together the right resources and partners to deliver high-quality work efficiently.

Working in a fast-paced environment, the Integrated Producer serves as the single point of accountability for assigned work. They initiate and direct workflows, assemble integrated creative teams, manage timelines and dependencies, coordinate required reviews and ensure final deliverables are complete and ready for release.

Success in this role means every project has a clear owner, path forward and deadline. Teams understand what they need to deliver, stakeholders have visibility into project status, and final work is accurate, approved and ready to launch.

What You’ll Do

• Own projects from initial brief through creative development, approvals and final delivery.
• Translate briefs into clear production plans, timelines, deliverables and responsibilities.
• Assemble and direct integrated creative teams across copy, design, video and other disciplines based on project needs.
• Lead production across digital content, social, video, broadcast, events, editorial and branded experiences.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, keeping teams aligned and work moving against deadlines.
• Serve as the central point of accountability, proactively resolving roadblocks, dependencies and open questions.
• Coordinate required legal, compliance, brand and stakeholder reviews, ensuring approvals are complete before launch.
• Ensure final and derivative assets are complete, accurate, approved and ready for handoff or release.
• Apply the right level of process—moving routine work quickly while giving complex or high-risk projects appropriate review.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce unnecessary handoffs and improve speed to delivery.

What You’ll Bring

• 5–7 years of integrated production, creative production, project management or related experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience managing projects across multiple channels and formats, including digital, video, broadcast, events, social or editorial content.
• Demonstrated ability to own projects from brief through final delivery while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong understanding of creative workflows and how copy, design, video and other disciplines come together to deliver finished work.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, stakeholders and approval processes; experience in regulated environments is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to anticipate and resolve issues before they impact delivery.
• Sound judgment and the ability to balance speed, quality and process based on project needs and risk level.
• Collaborative, solutions-oriented approach with the confidence to drive accountability and keep work moving.

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
