We are looking for a Talent Sourcer to support hiring across the fashion industry, working closely with teams in New York and Los Angeles. This fully remote role operates on PST hours and plays a key part in building talent pipelines for active and upcoming searches across fashion, apparel, lifestyle, beauty, and consumer brands.

Responsibilities
- Source talent for active, upcoming, and ongoing searches across fashion, apparel, beauty, lifestyle, and consumer sectors.
- Support New York and Los Angeles business teams by identifying talent across key fashion and consumer markets.
- Partner closely with the Talent Solutions team to understand client brands, hiring priorities, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across a variety of functions and levels.
- Execute strategic outreach to engage both active and passive candidates.
- Review resumes, portfolios, and online profiles to assess alignment with role requirements and brand fit.
- Stay current on brand partners, industry trends, and relevant talent pools.
- Provide pipeline updates, sourcing insights, and market feedback to internal teams.
- Support sourcing efforts tied to new business opportunities and prospective client needs.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline activity within systems such as Bullhorn, LinkedIn, and other recruiting tools.
- Uphold high standards of organization, responsiveness, and data accuracy.
- Participate in virtual recruiting events and, if based in the Los Angeles area, attend onsite events as needed to support recruiting efforts.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including posting roles and helping maintain efficient workflows.
- 2 years of recruiting or sourcing experience preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple active requisitions and shifting priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Experience using an applicant tracking system
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter or a similar sourcing platform.
