This person will serve as a strategic and hands-on partner to leadership, helping to build, support, and retain a high-performing team in a fast-paced, founder-led environment. • ycle.Manage day-to-day HR operations including employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, and compli
• ance.Support compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and HRIS administration, including experience with platforms such as Justworks or similar sys
• tems.Drive employee engagement, retention, and learning initiatives that strengthen company culture and team perform
• ance.Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance feedback, team development, and people-related best pract
• ices.Track and analyze HR metrics to identify trends, inform decisions, and support continuous improvement initiat
