Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and refine demand forecasts using historical sales data, market trends, promotional activity, and business inputs.
- BUILD Dashboard – Power BI by scratch
- Analyze sales performance, customer trends, inventory movement, and forecast accuracy to identify risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales, supply chain, operations, and finance teams to align demand plans with business objectives.
- Monitor inventory levels and help support replenishment strategies to reduce stockouts and excess inventory.
- Lead monthly and weekly demand planning reviews and communicate forecast updates to key stakeholders.
- Create dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to support executive decision-making.
- Evaluate the impact of promotions, seasonality, new product launches, and channel activity on demand trends.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and help implement best practices in forecasting and sales analytics.
- Support scenario planning and business modeling to prepare for changes in demand, supply, or market conditions.
- Maintain data integrity across forecasting and reporting systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in demand planning, sales analysis, forecasting, or a related function.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with forecasting, ERP, or supply chain planning systems.
- Ability to analyze large datasets and present insights in a clear, business-focused manner.
- Experience working cross-functionally in a consumer goods, retail, or related industry environment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple departments.
- Experience with BI and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and proactive in identifying solutions.
