Marketing and Communications Generalist

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing communication plans that support brand awareness, product launches, and organizational initiatives
• Create clear and compelling content for email campaigns, websites, social media, internal communications, and promotional materials
• Support the development of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social channels
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including brand, creative, product, social, and PR to ensure messaging alignment
• Assist in managing editorial calendars, campaign timelines, content workflows, and approvals
• Monitor campaign performance and track key metrics to guide optimizations and future strategy
• Ensure all communications adhere to brand voice, style guidelines, and industry best practices
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors (agencies, freelancers, printers, etc.) as needed
  
  

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in marketing communications, content creation, or a similar marketing role
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities with a portfolio or writing samples to showcase your work
• Experience with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, Sprinklr, or similar platforms
• Familiarity with SEO basics, email best practices, and content performance metrics
• Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to fast-paced, cross-functional environments
