Our client is looking to hire an International Logistics Coordinator to support a fast-paced supply chain operation. Reporting to senior supply chain leadership, this position plays a key role in ensuring products move efficiently, compliantly, and cost-effectively through the network while partnering closely with internal teams and external vendors.

- Requirements: Candidates must have hands-on experience managing international operations across multiple global markets, including Australia, the UK, EU, Canada, China, and other international regions.
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments with freight forwarders, brokers, carriers, and third-party logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Support the preparation, maintenance, and distribution of logistics reports using transportation management and ERP systems.
- Prepare and manage shipping documentation required for international movement of goods.
- Monitor and help manage inventory levels across international 3PL locations.
- Ensure all shipments comply with applicable international trade regulations, customs requirements, and transportation laws.
- Maintain strong working relationships with warehouses, carriers, brokers, and vendors across domestic and global operations.
- Assist in tracking, analyzing, and managing freight and shipping-related costs for international markets.
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to support product launches and ensure inventory availability aligns with key timelines.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and help develop standard operating procedures for logistics workflows.
- Respond quickly to transportation issues and identify practical, effective solutions to minimize disruption.
- Provide day-to-day operational support as team priorities evolve and business needs grow.
What We’re Looking For:

- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs clearance, export documentation, and global transportation operations.
- Proven problem-solving ability with confidence working independently when needed.

- Experience using ERP and transportation management systems.
- 3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A process-oriented mindset with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Adaptability and comfort working in a changing, high-growth environment.
- Experience in the consumer products industry is strongly preferred.
