Seasonal Retail Hiring – Woodbury Commons
Location: Woodbury Common Premium Outlets, Central Valley, NY
Assignment Dates: November 1, 2026 – January 31, 2027
We’re hiring for multiple positions at a retail pop-up at Woodbury Commons for the holiday season. We’re looking for customer-focused, motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
Open Positions & Pay
- Sales Associates: $27/hr
- Stock Associates: $25–$26/hr
- Assistant Store Manager: $42–$48/hr
- Store Manager: $45–$55/hr
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and assist with product recommendations.
- Support sales goals and maintain a clean, organized sales floor.
- Assist with inventory, shipment processing, and replenishment.
- Support daily store operations and team performance.
- For management roles, oversee staff and help ensure smooth store operations.
Qualifications
- Previous retail experience preferred.
- Leadership experience required for management positions.
- Strong communication, customer service, and teamwork skills.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
