Our client is in the health and wellness industry and seeking a talented and strategic full-time Graphic Design Lead under their Growth team. As a Graphic Design Lead your focus will be on generating more customer conversions from the designs created. Must have a good sense of the competitor market and be data driven. Ideal candidate has worked in a growth team for a consumer focused wellness brand, CPG or beauty.

Remote (eastern hours, must reside in the US)
Salary :
80 -130k (flexible) plus benefits
Job Description
- Creating visually captivating designs for paid digital ads, social media, emails, and promotional materials.
- Developing and executing creative concepts that align with our brand identity and marketing goals.
- Collaborating with the marketing and growth teams to analyze audience insights and design effective engagement strategies.
- Optimizing designs for performance and conversion to achieve measurable results.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to refine designs based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Staying informed on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and digital marketing.
