Position Summary
This role is responsible for supporting data operations through accurate data entry, validation, and system support. The Data Entry Clerk will ensure data integrity across systems, assist with troubleshooting, and collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and workflows. This position also plays a key role in supporting field staff through training, system guidance, and ongoing data-related support.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform data entry, reconciliation, and quality control to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems
- Conduct audits to verify alignment between system data and supporting documentation
- Support helpdesk tickets related to system and data issues
- Analyze data to identify trends and recommend process improvements
- Assist in developing system solutions and workflow enhancements
- Help create system roadmaps and support implementation across teams
- Provide training and guidance to staff on system usage and data entry processes
- Evaluate existing workflows and recommend improvements for efficiency and alignment
- Serve as a point of contact for data-related questions and system issues
- Troubleshoot problems and recommend solutions to improve operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with large datasets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable presenting information to groups
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving
- Ability to interpret and analyze complex data to support decision-making
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus
- Previous experience with workforce or program-based systems is a plus
