Job Description

Contemporary Fashion Brand is looking for a highly skilled freelance Amazon Specialist to help manage existing wholesale accounts and launch the brand’s Amazon store. This role is ideal for an Amazon FBA expert who can independently handle end-to-end setup, optimization, and ongoing performance management while partnering closely with the internal team.

Must-Have Experience

• Proven, hands-on experience managing Amazon FBA stores (wholesale and/or D2C).
• Strong knowledge of Seller Central, listing optimization, FBA logistics, and account health management.
• Expertise in Amazon SEO, keyword research, and product ranking strategies.
• Experience with analytics and reporting on sales, inventory, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and communicate clearly and proactively with internal stakeholders.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Amazon Store Setup & Optimization: Launch SET Active products on Amazon; build and optimize product listings, SEO, storefront, branding, and category placement.
• Inventory & Fulfillment: Coordinate FBA shipments and restocks, monitor inventory levels, and troubleshoot logistics or fulfillment issues.
• Sales & Performance: Track sales metrics, account health, reviews, Buy Box performance, and rankings; implement strategies to drive growth and protect account standing.
• Vendor & Brand Relations: Collaborate with the internal team on pricing, promotions, and wholesale orders to ensure alignment across channels.
• Reporting & Strategy: Provide weekly performance updates, insights, and optimization recommendations to drive revenue and efficiency.
