Part-Time Personal Assistant (Remote – Future In-Office)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Pay: $14–$18 per hour (based on experience)
Location: Work from home (future full-time, in-office required)
We are looking for a reliable and organized Part-Time Personal Assistant to support daily administrative operations. This position is remote for now, with the expectation of transitioning to a full-time, in-office role in the future.
Responsibilities:
- Billing clients and assisting with invoicing
- Following up on work status via email and phone calls
- Communicating with clients regarding outstanding items
- Tracking and organizing administrative tasks
- Supporting day-to-day office operations as needed
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills (email and phone)
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable following up with clients professionally
- Ability to work independently from home
- Experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate
