Job Description:

As a Mitigation Estimator at 24 Hour Flood Pros of Dallas, you will play a crucial role in gathering field data, documenting damages, and converting this information into detailed estimates for submission to insurance companies. Specializing in both water mitigation and packout services, you will ensure accurate and comprehensive estimates that reflect the scope of restoration projects. You will work closely with our field teams, project managers, and insurance adjusters to facilitate seamless communication and efficient processing of claims.

Responsibilities:

-Coordinate with field teams to gather comprehensive data for accurate estimation.

-Organize and categorize field documentation systematically for insurance submission.

-Utilize Xactimate software to convert documentation into precise estimates.

-Collaborate with project managers and adjusters to refine estimates.

-Maintain open communication, providing updates and addressing concerns promptly.

-Ensure adherence to insurance guidelines for smooth claim processing.

-Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices for accurate estimation.

-Maintain meticulous records of documentation, estimates, and communications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
