JOB SUMMARY
As a Pilates Reformer Coach, you'll lead members through safe, effective, and engaging reformer-based workouts designed to improve strength, flexibility, posture, and body awareness. You'll create an inclusive and motivating environment that supports members of all fitness levels while delivering a high-quality group experience that aligns with our brand standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead Pilates Reformer classes with clear instruction, proper form cues, and modifications as needed.
- Build strong connections with members to support retention and engagement.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe studio environment.
- Ensure all sessions start and end on time and follow established programming guidelines.
- Support club initiatives and promote upcoming programs or events.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Certified Pilates Reformer Instructor (Balanced Body, STOTT, BASI, or equivalent).
- Current CPR/AED certification.
- Strong communication and coaching skills; team-player mindset.

Compensation Summary
All Employees: Free Club Membership, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Basic Group Live and AD&D Insurance ($10,000), and 401k Savings and Investment Plan.
Average of 30 hours or more per week: Medical/Dental/Vision Benefits, Paid Time Off, and Sickness Benefits (in addition to the above).
Actual offer may vary from posted hiring range based on location, work experience, and/or education.
Pay Range: $40.00 - $45.00
