Fitness Sales Representative

As a Fitness Sales Representative, you will help new members achieve their fitness goals by delivering an outstanding sales and service experience.
You will build relationships with our members, understand their unique needs, and prescribe the perfect solution to meet their fitness goals.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver a genuine, authentic, and engaging guest experience tailored to each member's unique needs and interests.
- Contact potential members by phone to invite them into our club and manage leads using our Lead Management System.
- Generate leads/new business internally through member promotions, referrals, and contacting leads generated via phone.
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about helping others, self-motivated, and eager to learn. You should have 1-2 years of retail or fitness sales experience and be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
The successful candidate will be required to undergo CPR and AED certification within 60 days of employment.
