Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures at the front desk.
- Ensure that the club area is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist in coordinating events or activities within the club, ensuring smooth operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction..
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
