Duties

Requirements
- Valid RN license in good standing with current state certification; additional certifications such as Basic Life Support (BLS) are required.
- Proven experience in diverse settings including hospital medicine, ICU, emergency room, medical-surgical units, or long-term care environments such as nursing homes or assisted living facilities.
- Demonstrated proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Strong clinical skills encompassing PICC line managment, phlebotomy, aseptic technique, medication administration, as well as wound and ostomy care.
- Ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments involving physiology knowledge and diagnostic evaluation techniques.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities, the elderly, and dementia.
- Excellent communication skills for patient education, documentation accuracy, and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams.
- Flexibility to adapt to a variety of home care settings and willingness to travel within assigned regions.
