Attendance Bonus $1.00

TOTAL POTENTIAL EARNINGS FOR RETAIL CLERK/CASHIER = $17.45 - $18.45 PER HOUR ON AVERAGE

Essential Job Functions

1. Deliver Exceptional Customer Service
Provide friendly, professional, and courteous service to every guest while assisting with purchases, questions, and store needs.

2. Operate Cash Registers and Process Transactions
Accurately operate cash registers and point-of-sale (POS) systems while processing cash, credit card, and other payment transactions.

3. Maintain Store Appearance and Cleanliness
Ensure the sales floor, restrooms, food service areas, and exterior grounds remain clean, organized, safe, and customer-ready at all times.

4. Stock and Merchandise Products
Stock shelves, coolers, and displays while helping maintain inventory levels and ensuring products are presented according to company standards.

5. Support Safe and Efficient Store Operations
Follow company policies and procedures related to cash handling, food safety, loss prevention, and workplace safety while working collaboratively with team members.

6. Perform Other Duties as Assigned
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support store operations, customer satisfaction, and business needs.

Qualifications

Customer service experience preferred but not required.
Ability to accurately handle cash and operate a POS system.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Dependable attendance and punctuality.
