What are the responsibilities and job description for the UNARMED GUARD - NON-COMMISSIONED GUARD position at 24 & 7 Security & Investigations?
Level 2 unarmed/non-commissioned guard - PROFESSIONALS ONLY
MUST HAVE (Do not apply if you do not meet all of these conditions):
- Your own vehicle in good running condition with current registration and insurance
- Active state-issued identification (TDL, PASSPORT, ETC.)
- Active state-issued guard card (level 2 - Non-Commissioned gaurd)
- If you are a parent / single parent, you must have adequate childcare provisions
- No felonies
- (Optional but highly recommended) Flashlight.
MUST BE:
- Able to dress professionally. IE. Applicants that show up to interviews in house shoes, slippers, or are unprofessionally dressed, will be sent home. Convey an image and attitude that says you are here to secure the facility... not rob it.
- Able to communicate clearly and professionally - Your interview starts the moment you walk in the door. Everyone you speak to is interviewing you.
- Able to pass a drug test - IE. If you show up smelling like weed, you will be sent home.
About the post:
All posts are GPS tracked and require the installation of company software on your personal cell phone. Every hour, you are required to perform patrols and hit specified checkpoints; take photos, answer questions about your surroundings, etc., as dictated by software.
Your activity is monitored in real-time by supervisors. If you work your post, you will look like a superstar, get raises, and have the opportunity for promotions. If you want to slack and sleep in your car... this isn't the job for you. Save us all some time and find another industry. We CARE about the security of our client's facilities and staff.
You must be able to use your phone to take photos and you must be technology aware/capable with basic software abilities.
